At any time prior to arriving at your location for service, I request the following:

• Remove personal belongings, trash, money and other loose items

• Remove child seats when applicable. If not possible, I will try to clean around them

• Be available for possible pre and post inspections to ensure my services meet your needs

• Ensure the vehicle is available with keys and limited interruptions

• Disclose any hazardous substances

Note: I work from a van which needs to be parked within 30 to 40 feet of the vehicle being serviced. Typically I park alongside your vehicle if the driveway is wide enough or at the bottom of the driveway on the street.
