Thank you for trusting us with your vehicle!

Please read our service agreement below

Dry Creek Detail Service Agreement

By booking or using Dry Creek Detail services, you (“Client” or” You”) agree to the following terms and conditions, forming a legal agreement between you and Dry Creek Detail LLC ( “We”, “Us”, “Our”)

Booking

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure an appointment. This fee is applied to the final bill upon service completion.

Client Needs

At any time prior to arriving at your location for service, we request the following:

  • Remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from your vehicle prior to any service

  • Remove child seats when applicable. If that’s not possible, we will do our best to clean around them but will not remove or replace them

  • Make yourself available for any initial pre-inspections to ensure our services match your needs

  • Make yourself available when we complete services for a brief review and post-inspection

  • Ensure the vehicle is available to us with limited interruptions while services are performed

  • Be prepared for us to take longer than communicated. Every situation is unique. We will communicate in these situations

  • While we provide our own water and power, we may request access to yours under limited circumstances

  • Be prepared for us to cancel and/or reschedule when inclement weather is likely

  • Disclose any hazardous substances in the vehicle prior to our appointment

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice by calling, texting, leaving a voice message at 208-477-9182 or emailing service@drycreekdetail.com.

There are no fees if cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment. Any other circumstance will result in a $50 fee. If you, your vehicle, the vehicle’s keys, or access to the vehicle is otherwise not possible within 20 minutes of our arrival, we apply the same $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are collected through the retention of your non-refundable booking fee.

Notes

  • Dry Creek Detail reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with the availability of client/vehicle/keys, staffing needs, inclement weather, or equipment failure

  • Dry Creek Detail may be able to provide a drop-off/pick-up location for some of our services, ask if interested

  • In cases of inclement weather, if you have a garage or similarly covered space suitable for the service and are willing to let us work there, we are open to that

Pricing and Inspections

Our prices are based on the service requested, location, vehicle size, and vehicle condition. All vehicles are subject to inspection prior to finalizing quotes or starting work. We provide this inspection free of charge when necessary. The purpose of the inspection is to improve communication, make sure we understand your priorities, and to ultimately exceed your expectations. The inspection may highlight additional needs that we’ll discuss with you. But we’ll never attempt to sell you anything you don’t want or need, or charge more than the amount you last agreed to. The choice is always yours.

For this reason, we advertise using a FROM (a.k.a. starting) price. Excessive pet hair, heavy water spots, and lifted trucks are representative examples of common needs we encounter that are not covered normally.

Late Arrival

We may arrive up to 60 minutes late due to tight schedules or traffic and will do our best to inform you of any delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations. If this creates undue burden or conflict, please reach out and let us know. We can always adjust the service or reschedule, whatever best accommodates your circumstance.

Service Duration

Our service durations are estimates only, each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to complete the service. It is advisable that you confirm the estimated duration with us before work starts. The moment you become aware of any potential for a timing conflict, please discuss with us and we will adjust as needed.

Vehicle Access and Operation

By booking, you agree to provide us with access and keys to your vehicle to perform services, including detailing, ceramic coating, polishing, and other cosmetic enhancements. For exotic vehicles, supercars, vintage or display vehicles, or if the customer does not permit anyone to drive the vehicle due to liability concerns, we may need to move the vehicle during our service. In such cases, the keys and client must be accessible at the scheduled time and location.

Onsite Location

Because we primarily perform our services at your location, we require your assistance in ensuring a safe and accessible working environment for all parties. The ideal location is your home driveway with plenty of clearance while also being free from obstacles/hazards, but we understand that’s not always an option.

  • We request that you have full access and permission to the location, ideally your home or office

  • We work out of a long vehicle and need to park it within ~25 feet of your vehicle (typically on the driveway or where it meets the street)

  • We cannot work on vehicles parked on a street as it greatly compromises our safety

  • Failure to provide an adequate site upon arrival may result in the cancellation and associated cancellation fees

Quality of Service

We strive to maintain high-quality service standards. If you have probable and clear cause to believe that we did not fulfill the service as ordered or the craftsmanship is poor, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge at our cost. Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service (with or without a claim) and without authorization from Dry Creek Detail voids this guarantee and all refunds/reimbursements.

  • To make a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion by phone, text at 208-477-9182, or email at service@drycreekdetail.com

  • Provide pictures of the area in question via text or email within 24 hours of making the claim above

  • Concerns raised beyond this timeframe or by not having participated in the final inspection will not be addressed

Fees & Payment

Full payment is due when services are fully completed. We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and Venmo. Refusal or failure to pay in full for your service invalidates our Quality of Service guarantee.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Conditions

Before starting our work, we will document any pre-existing damage(s) on your vehicle. If the vehicle is too dirty to inspect before starting the job, photos/video will be taken after the washing process. If any damage occurs while in our care, we will notify you while we’re onsite.

Services not Covered

While we’re happy to work with you on all your detailing needs. Some tasks are time/labor/equipment intensive thus requiring extra fees. Others are sensitive to safety or liability concerns and therefore something we’re incapable of providing. Unless agreed upon in advance, our services do not include the following:
